Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
